In-Network Insurance Coverage
I am an in-network provider with the following insurance plans:
Premera, LifeWise, most out-of-state BCBS PPO & Anthem plans, First Choice, and Kaiser PPO.
Out-of-Network Insurance Coverage
If I am not contracted with your insurance company it is still possible for us to work together. I will provide you with documentation that you will need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will need to contact your insurance company prior to our first session to find out what the coverage is for out-of-network providers. Typical reimbursement rates can vary between 40-60% of the insurance’s “allowable” amount, after your deductible has been met.
