About Me
I’m a psychotherapist working in the Northgate neighborhood of Seattle.
I’ve been studying psychology and working in the mental health & substance abuse field since 2004. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Arts in Existential-Phenomenological Psychology from Seattle University. My clinical internship was completed at the University of Washington School of Medicine. My post-graduate training has been focused in psychoanalytic theory and technique, with an emphasis in British Object Relations.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington and serve on the Board of Directors at the Center for Object Relations. I am also a member of the Northwestern Psychoanalytic Society & Institute, and the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study where I previously served as a Board Member. I engage in ongoing training throughout the year and believe strongly that continuing education and engaging in one’s own psychotherapy is vital in providing effective treatment.
